Property Rates Increased in Uttar Pradesh with new Price per Square meter


Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) the rate of industrial and residential land has increased. This is the first time, the land rate increase is recklessly. NCR land rate per square meter has risen 30 per cent. Kanpur, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Agra and other area land rates have increased 20 to 25 per cent.


 Conduct of municipal elections are over, the new rates on July 10 will be effective. At the moment, Upisaidisi has banned the sale of the land. New rates will take effect only after the land sold. Upisaidisi the industrial, residential enclaves of the land was no rate increase since July 2010. Now the corporation management plans to increase the rate. All Regional Managers (RM) of the DM circle rate, market price sought by studying the proposed new rate.

This process began in the first week of May, was completed by May 25. Most regional managers of the land proposed rate increase of 15-30 per cent, which is designated by the Board of Upisaidisi Committee has approved May 31, 2012. Managing Director Manoj Kumar Singh got the green signal. Joint Managing Director Ved Prakash Verma said that the rate of land have been determined anew. It was planned to be implemented in July, but the case fell code. State Election Commission also has sought permission to increase, which was not approved yet. If allowed, or else the code right after the end of the new rates will be effective. The price of land has gone up 20-30 percent of normal.

There are some areas where the rate has increased by DM circle rate. Such areas may be 50 per cent growth rate.
